DRIVERS RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING
- In addition to our driver safety measures, we have implemented recruitment and training schemes to support the selection of suitable, capable and improved drivers and once “on-board”, their driving skills are assessed and improved during their service with the company.
- We recognize that our safety performance is heavily influenced to our driver’s behaviour and professionalism and for this reason we have developed a comprehensive drivers training cycle as well as a specific recruitment process.
- To be recruited as a public career vehicle driver, drivers must be aged between 25 & 55 and have a minimum of 3 years public career vehicle driving experience.

DRIVER TRAINING MODELS
- Driver training models are made on the first five minutes emergency.
- Defensive driving and vehicle roll over awareness to practically train the drivers.
- The Telephone game is conducted for the drivers to emphasize the importance of communication and the possibilities of mis-communication.

- Rewards & Recognition is given to drivers.
- Group Discussion with Senior Management.
- Counselling the Driver in case of any impact due to personal issue.
- Stress Management Discussion.
- Indoor & Outdoor games organized for refreshing themselves.
- Weekly compulsory rest is given to the drivers for healthy life & safety.
- Celebrating the drivers Birthday.
