Chief Financial Officer
Praveena has been Chief Financial Officer since 2006. She has more than 20 years of experience as CFO in Financial Management. Mrs. Praveena has strong expertise in managing National businesses with operations in South India. Mrs. Praveena received a Degree in Master in Business Administration Education from Annamalai University.
Mr. Abdul Azeem
General Manager
Abdul Azeem has been the General Manager of the Road Transports segment since 2017. Mr. Azeem has over 17 years of experience in roles within the automotive and logistics Industries, including the base head of the Tactical vehicles armed division at US Army and Pan India Fleet Maintenance Head at SICAL Pvt Limited. He received Bachelor of Automobile Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India. Also Holds Diploma of Under water survival, Personal Safety, Personal Survival & First Aid.

HSSE Sustainability Manager
A methodical, Health safety and security environment manager with Diploma in industrial safety and Diploma in (Mechanical engineering) NEBOSH – IGC, IOSH, OSHAS, certified professional with leadership quality to work in team having 08 years of experience of Oil and gas, petrochemical, construction of infrastructural projects. Have been responsible for developing, HSSE strategies and procedures, HSSE monitoring program, HSSE management Assurance Audits, incident investigations, HSSE performance setting and analysis, HSSE training and presentation development.
